Refund policy

At Zauq Collections, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue, we are here to assist you.

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate the process, please contact our customer support team at +92 323 7650427.
  • Kindly share your order number and clear images of the product while requesting a return or exchange.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • If the returned item is found used or damaged (without prior complaint), it will be sent back to the customer.

💸 Refund Policy

  • The refund will include the product amount only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for color or design are subject to stock availability.
  • A flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 will be charged for sending the exchanged product.
  • A packaging and handling fee of Rs. 100 will be charged separately.
