How to Request a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
